When a client engages our company:

We execute a written service agreement.

We define project scope and deliverables.

We determine execution method:

Self-performed services, or

Subcontracted services managed by us.

We oversee completion and ensure contractual compliance.

Clients do not need to manage multiple vendors. We handle coordination and accountability.

Subcontracting When Necessary

For specialized, licensed, or large-scale services, we may engage independent subcontractors.

All subcontractors operate under:

• Written subcontract agreements

• • Defined scopes of work

• • Compliance requirements

• • Performance oversight

• Middleman Merchants LLC remains responsible to the client under the prime contract.
